Return & Exchange Policy

Apparel
Each LUVGEVITY garment is made to order with intention and care. Because every piece is produced specifically for you, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.

A detailed size guide is provided for every style. Please review the measurements carefully before placing your order. Our premium pieces have a tailored fit and run small, we recommend sizing up one size for a more relaxed fit.  Also, if you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

If your item arrives with a material, embroidery, or printing defect—or if you received an incorrect order—please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a return label or replacement.

Fragrance
Fragrance is a personal experience. For that reason, all fragrance sales are final.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference.

To discover your perfect scent, we recommend beginning with our Discovery Set, which includes our full fragrance collection for exploration before committing to a full size.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and order details for resolution.
